Tech Session at R&L Engines

Many thanks to Leo and the crew at R&L engines in Dover, N.H., for hosting a tech session for Brit Bits. We learned about many of the processes and the machines they use to prepare an engine for reassembly.

The Rottler F69A is a CNC machine for block & cylinder head work. It can bore, deck, align bore and stroker clearance blocks (among other things) and is used to resurface cylinder heads.
